Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Iberlane processes personal data collected through https://www.iberlane.com (the “Website”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law.
1. Data controller
- Controller: [TODO: legal owner / company name, e.g. Javier Cubillas or Iberlane S.L.]
- Registered address: [TODO: registered address]
- Contact for data protection matters: javier@iberlane.com
2. What data is collected
The Website collects personal data only when you voluntarily submit the enquiry form or email Iberlane directly. The enquiry form on this Website is provided by Mautic, a marketing-automation platform operated by Iberlane at mautic.javiercubillas.com, which receives and stores the fields you submit (for example: your name, company name, work email address, country, and a description of your sourcing requirement or commercial opportunity). The Website does not require account creation and does not collect payment information.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data submitted through the enquiry form is used to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to progress a potential sourcing or commercial introduction engagement. The legal basis for this processing is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where no contractual relationship follows, Iberlane’s legitimate interest in managing business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship, and is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless a longer retention period is required to comply with a legal obligation.
5. Recipients and processors
Data submitted through the enquiry form is processed by Iberlane and by Mautic, acting as the form-processing platform, under a data processing agreement. No enquiry data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. International transfers
Where a hosting or form-processing provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are carried out on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting javier@iberlane.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es) if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
8. Cookies
This Website's pages do not themselves set analytics or advertising cookies. The enquiry form is provided by Mautic (mautic.javiercubillas.com) and may set its own cookies to operate the form and track submissions — see the Cookie Policy for details.
9. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in how Iberlane operates or to comply with legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
